ODE is comprised of online videos culled from the recordings of our live Online NETS webinars, which are available when you want to watch them - from the comfort of your home or office.

How Does On Demand Education Work?

Only NHCAA Members are eligible to purchase ODE, and the videos are only available to the individual purchaser. Members will have access to their purchased video for eight weeks. The video is not downloadable; however, materials are available for download along with any applicable handouts.

A receipt will be emailed as soon as the ODE is purchased and instructions on accessing the ODE video will be emailed on the next business day after purchase.

Preparing to Be Deposed

From the referral to testimony, follow and apply the necessary steps for when a case goes to trial. Faculty will walk participants through a case from presenting the referral to law enforcement, preparing for the deposition, as well as trial, testifying techniques, introducing evidence, and cross examination.
