Q1. Who is eligible to purchase on demand education?
A.

Employees of Member Organizations, Law Enforcement Liaisons, Affiliate Members, and Platinum, Premier and Supporting Members, as well as Individual Members. Non-members are not eligible to purchase on demand education.

Q2. How do I purchase an ODE video?
A. Registrations are only processed online. Use the "Register" link by each ODE video description on this page to purchase. You will be required to log-in to the website. Typically your username is your business email address and the password is one of your choosing. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it here.

Q3. When I purchase an ODE video, how many people receive access to it?
A. One, the person who purchases the ODE video.

Q4. Once I purchase an ODEvideo, when will I receive access and how long will I have access?
A. A receipt of purchase will be sent immediately and an email with instructions on how to access the video will be sent on the next business day. The ODE video will be available for eight weeks from the day access is given, not from the purchase date.

Q5. Can other individuals watch with me?
A. Yes, but they are not eligible to receive continuing education credits.

Q6. How do I get credit for watching?
A. Credit is automatically assigned upon purchase. For your records there will be a certificate of attendance available on the on demand webinar webpage. You can check your transcript at http://edcenter.nhcaa.org/.

You will need to log-in using your NHCAA username (your business email address) and password. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it here.

Q7. Can I download the video?
A. No.

Q8. What do I do if the video won't play?
A. Make sure you have installed the newest version of Adobe Flash Player. You also need to have javascript enabled on your browser to load the player. If the video still won't play, check the Vimeo Help forum to see if Vimeo is experiencing technical difficulties.

Q9. What do I do if the video buffers or takes a long time to load?
A. It is possible that you are having bandwidth issues. Try closing ancillary programs such as email, other browsers, or other tabs in your browser. If this does not resolve your issues, please try to contract your IT team for additional ideas. If problems persist, please contact Katie Baker.

Q10. Am I able to get a refund once I've accessed the video?
A. No, once you have accessed the ODE video NHCAA will not refund payment. If you have questions or concerns about this policy please contact Katie Baker, Sr. Manager, Education & Training.
