AHFI Prep Course

The NHCAA Accredited Health Care Fraud Investigator (AHFI®) Prep Course is a one-day intensive program designed to highlight key content areas on the AHFI® Examination. Experienced faculty will discuss the key areas addressed in the AHFI® exam enabling you to feel better prepared for the AHFI® Exam. Sessions focus on coding and medical terminology, health care fraud federal and state regulations, and health insurance post-health care reform. Faculty also provide training on the key investigative skills.

Registering for the AHFI Prep Course does NOT automatically sign you up for taking the exam. To sit for the exam you must submit an application to the AHFI® committee and have it accepted. To receive an AHFI® application kit please email AHFI@nhcaa.org. The application and exam fee does not include registration for the Prep Course. These are two different registrations. The AHFI® Prep Course runs concurrently with the NHCAA Boot Camp program. If you register for the AHFI® Prep Course you cannot register for the Boot Camp.
