Per Diem Rooms
Per Diem Rooms are available at The Legacy Resort Hotel which is located at 875 Hotel Circle South
Per Diem Rate Rooms: Registration is required to access per-diem rooms. NHCAA will email registered government employees each week to access the hotel link.
- The Legacy Resort Hotel is .4 miles from the host property. This is a 10-minute walk or 2-3 minute drive.
- NHCAA has also secured shuttle services between properties.
- Discounted parking available on property at the Legacy Hotel for $15/ day. Please ask at the front desk about how to access this discount. NHCAA will not have access to this information.

Please be aware that housing poachers may contact members and exhibitors about booking hotel rooms for the conference. NHCAA is NOT working with any outside companies to provide housing details.
The Town & Country Resort is approximately 6 to 7 miles away from the San Diego International Airport (SAN). Under normal traffic conditions, the drive takes about 10 to 15 minutes via CA-163.
You will need to take ground transportation. The cost will range from $20 – 50 depending on the time of day. The Rideshare apps have price estimators so please plan accordingly.
The Town & Country does have a parking garage. NHCAA has secured discounted pricing ($35/ day) for ATC guests. Please ask the front desk at the hotel how to access that discount. NHCAA will not have the ability to assist with this.
