Our Mission to protect the public interest underpins NHCAA’s efforts in the government and public affairs arenas. NHCAA tracks pertinent legislative and regulatory activities at the state and federal levels in order to keep our members apprised of news and developments that impact health care fraud fighting. We can be depended upon to offer our perspective as a subject matter expert on legislative, regulatory and policy developments that impact health care fraud fighting through comment letters, testimony, whitepapers and media outreach. NHCAA Government Affairs also works to cultivate strategic partnerships with key public interest groups and other professional associations.
NHCAA offers membership categories for health insurers, governmental entities, and other companies and organizations that support the NHCAA Mission, as well as individuals, who want to join us in the fight against health care fraud.
