The ATC provides premier education and training led by expert investigators in the field. Sessions are taught by leaders and experts on the front lines of detecting, preventing, investigating and prosecuting health care fraud.

Registration Information
REGISTRATION RATES
If you submitted a presentation idea through the ATC Call for Presentations, please wait to register until you hear whether you’ve been accepted to speak at the Conference.
Registrations will not be processed until payment is received. Please do not submit duplicate registrations.

REGISTRATION POLICIES
One (1) complimentary registration for Membership Forum Representative only. Tuition-free seats are not offered for the Annual Training Conference.
Non-Member Registration:
Any non-member interested in registering must be in a managerial, supervisory or professional position for a private for-profit or not-for-profit health care reimbursement organization. Employees of local, state or federal law enforcement, prosecutorial, or regulatory agency or in a professional disciplinary organization are also welcome. All registrations will be reviewed to ensure these eligibility requirements are met. If you are not in one of these positions, but wish to attend please send an e-mail to: training@nhcaa.org.
Cancellation/Substitution
- All cancellations (regardless of date) will be assessed with a $100.00 administrative fee.
- Before deadline: To cancel and obtain a refund (minus the administrative fee), you must provide written notice to The NHCAA Institute – ATC. All cancellation requests must be received by 5:00PM ET on October 6, 2026. Email your cancellation notice to training@nhcaa.org.
- After deadline: For cancellations received in writing after 5:00PM ET on October 6, 2026, no refund will be provided but credit for a future training is available. Email your cancellation notice to training@nhcaa.org.
- All substitution requests must be provided in writing by no later than one week prior to the start date of the program. Email you substitution request to training@nhcaa.org.

By registering for the Annual Training Conference, you acknowledge that your name, title and company will be included in the Annual Training Conference mailing list provided to exhibitors for their planning purposes before the conference.

Who Should Attend?
Program Level
Sessions throughout the program are both Level II and III.
As a level II, or intermediate program, some investigative / health care / coding expertise is assumed. Training content is focused on the detection and investigative processes.
As a level III, or expert program content is designed for management level staff.
Pre-requisites
A minimum of three years of experience in the health care anti-fraud industry is recommended.
Credits
This program is approved by NHCAA and NASBA
Participants earn 13 Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours applicable to the training requirements for the Accredited Health Care Fraud Investigator (AHFI®) designation.

The NHCAA Institute is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
