
Health Care Fraud Schemes: Pharmacy
Pharmacy fraud investigations can be challenging yet are essential to maintaining the integrity and safety of the healthcare system. Our speakers will examine the investigative process, explain schemes, and discuss challenges inherent to pharmacy investigations. Next, the speakers will address investigative strategies for different schemes, with a focus on identifying useful information during member outreach, onsite visits, and social media review. Lastly, they will discuss ways to present findings both internally and externally.

Webinar programs are most appropriate for beginning and mid-career analysts, investigators, consultants, and law enforcement agents working in the health care anti-fraud industry.
As a level II, or intermediate program, some investigative / health care / coding expertise is assumed. Training content is focused on the detection and investigative processes, using case examples to highlight strategy and techniques.
There are no pre-requisite requirements to attend webinar programs.
